The only owner of Beautitude is Rayne Isenia. If for any reason you need to contact her, the best option to do so is by using the Helpdesk website. However, my online status is made public to make it easier for customers to know when I am either online or offline. If I appear to be online, please feel free to message me, but note that if you message me and I am on "unavailable" there is a chance that I may not receive your instant message nor your notecard if you have sent one. I am on unavailable quite frequently, so again, the very best way to get your question answered is through the helpdesk.
If you need to pass information to me and I am offline, again, please use the help desk and submit a new ticket as my messages are capped daily and most times I never receive notecard inquiries from customers.
