There are many ways to track sales and transactions; however, because of this, there are also many ways to lose track of those sales and transactions. More likely than not, if you have a missing product and contact us about it, we will need your transaction number to find the purchase.


True, there are times when we can find purchase information without the transaction data, but those times are few and far in between. Another reason we ask for your transaction numbers are because we use more than one type of medium for transactions. For instance, the main-store utilizes Caspervend Vendors with their own tracking system, but the Early-Bird Weekly Sale uses timed sales vendors in which the transaction data does not go to Caspervend and can only be found on Secondlife.com, etc.


In short, we will need this information more times than we do not. Providing your transaction data truly helps us to help you faster. If you do not supply your transaction number initially, it is likely that your request will take longer to be resolved!
