From experience, I have come to the realization that there are a lot of designers on the SL grid with bad attitudes and/or bad vibes. For that reason alone, sometimes a customer will not even bother contacting the creator in the case of an issue. However, I hope you all know that you will never face that issue when dealing with me. I believe in great customer service as there would be NO Beautitude without you all. You will always be treated with the utmost respect via me and any of my staff members, regardless of any issue you may be having with a product or purchase. Thank you!
